Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Salary: Up to AED 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision‑making across a real estate portfolio, with responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and investment evaluation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, providing high‑quality financial insights to drive business performance and support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the FP&A function across real estate assets and development projects
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
- Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow, scenario, NPV, and IRR analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear performance commentary to senior stakeholders
- Support investment appraisals, business cases, and capital allocation decisions
- Partner with development, commercial, and asset management teams to ensure financial alignment
- Produce executive‑level reports and presentations for leadership and board review
- Ensure robust financial controls, assumptions, and governance are applied across all analyses
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven FP&A experience within UAE real estate (essential)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting senior management and executive‑level decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail
