Collection Executive (Arabic Speaker)
Responsible for collecting payments, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and generating reports in real estate development.
- Manage overdue accounts, achieve collection targets, and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with authorities and handle legal documentation, debt recovery activities, and UAE procedures.
- Maintain accurate billing, revenue recognition, and collection operations.
- Use accounting software for invoicing, insurance claims, and VAT compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with UAE bike license, Quick Books, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, legal documentation, and debt recovery techniques.
Experience:
1–3 years in collections or related field; UAE national candidates preferred.
Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
