The Compliance Executive supports the effective execution of the organization’s compliance framework, with a focus on Financial Crime Compliance.
The role is responsible for performing assigned compliance activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, supporting due diligence, governance documentation, monitoring, and reporting, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of actions aligned with the annual Compliance Plan.
Education & Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Compliance or risk-related certifications are an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance within a structured or regulated environment.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting compliance operations, due diligence, and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in FCC Compliance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a regulated environment with high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Support Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) initiatives, including monitoring, control implementation, and related governance activities.
- Maintain and assist in updating compliance governance instruments, including policies, procedures, risk matrices, registers, and trackers.
- Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc compliance reports like SAR/ STR for relevant regulatory authorities, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments, including new laws, regulations, and guidance relevant to FCC.
- Ensure proper record retention and documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements, maintaining clear and auditable trails.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Compliance function, including engagement with external consultants and third‑party service providers.
