Finance Support Officer - UAEN

Overview

Job Purpose The Finance Support Officer is an entry-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands-on experience in core finance and accounting functions. The role supports daily financial operations while building the skills required for long-term career growth within the finance department.

• Support daily finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and files in line with company policies.
• Support preparation of basic financial reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on finance-related matters.
• Assist during month-end closing and audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred)
• Experience:
  
  0–2 years of finance or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Nationality: UAE National only

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports
• On-time processing of invoices and documentation
• Successful completion of assigned finance training
