Looking for an Accountant to join a Real Estate Brokerage Company in Abu Dhabi. Budget is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000.
Skills- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings and finalization of accounts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Cash flow Management.
- Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and has high knowledge with UAE tax procedures and regulations.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
