You will work within a specialised team offering a comprehensive range of financial and insurance solutions to both new and existing clients.

This position is suited exclusively to experienced financial services or insurance professionals. Applicants without a background in investment or insurance sales should not apply.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, professional financial advice while building long‑term relationships within the UAE National market.

The in‑house Training & Development team will also support you in achieving Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, providing a pathway toward Sales Management and long‑term career progression.
Qualifications- UAE Resident
- Proven experience in financial services, investment advisory, or insurance sales
- Ideally currently operating within the Dubai market
- Fluent in English with the ability to engage confidently in diverse social and professional settings
- Minimum of three years’ client‑facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory experience
- Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
- Professional approach to client engagement and advisory services
- Ability to deliver clear, high‑quality financial guidance
