Billing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Billing Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

• Able to read and understand Piping Spool drawings.
• Capturing of all activities and quantities
• Price coding of each spool quantities into JD Edwards
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Documentation of all Billing process and backups
• Great speed and accuracy in typing

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in relevant billing software and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
