- Handle and control agency middle office support activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping for all loan agency events
- Monitor borrowing status, prepare new borrowings, rollovers, rate settings, conversions, repayments, and prepayments
- Act as the primary coordinator for clients, lenders, and business partners for agency and arranger facilities
- Support preparation of reports, audit confirmations, and other related documentation
- Liaise with Loan Agency business units, external customers, agency back office, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
- Support issue resolution and foster effective communication between all involved parties
- Experience in syndicated loans, loan operations, or agency support functions
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events such as rollovers, rate settings, and repayments
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to support internal and external clients
