- Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to customers
- Prepare and recommend loan applications and maintenance requests for approval
- Process customer service requests including account opening and transactions
- Generate new leads through walk-in customers and referrals
- Support onboarding of customers to digital banking channels
- Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking services
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch KPIs
- Participate in daily sales meetings and performance tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Promote customer migration to automated banking channels
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention
- Identify opportunities for upgrading customers to higher banking segments
- Refer eligible customers to premium banking services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure all activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity
- Complete mandatory training and adhere to operational procedures
- Support branch operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or customer service roles
- Familiarity with banking products and services
