Key Responsibilities- Originate new business and strengthen relationships with key corporate and institutional clients
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive portfolio growth and revenue generation
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across lending, transaction banking, treasury, and capital markets
- Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and end-to-end execution in coordination with product teams
- Maintain oversight of credit quality, risk assessment, and client portfolio performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across coverage, risk, compliance, and product units
- Prepare client pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor market trends and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory frameworks, and internal risk policies
- Drive client engagement plans and support long-term relationship strategy
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the coverage team where required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualifications preferred
- Extensive experience in corporate or investment banking with a track record in client origination
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and execute complex transactions
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies
