• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, especially within the UAE, to deepen understanding of ADNOC Gas’s investment proposition.
• Participate in the preparation of internal reports and support all investor relations activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock liquidity and market visibility.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all information shared with investors, limited strictly to public-domain data.
• Organise and oversee investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and events focused on domestic investors.
• Provide management with summarized insights and feedback following investor interactions.
• Conduct desktop research to target suitable investors and analyse domestic market prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts across the GCC and support accurate financial modelling and valuation work.
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly with verified, consistent, and compliant information.
• Explain operational and financial aspects essential for evaluating company fundamentals.
• Assist in drafting press releases, external communications, quarterly results, and annual reports.
• Support capital markets initiatives including bonds, equity issuances, and M&A-related activities.
• Develop strong internal relationships across business units to gather relevant information and align messaging.
• Prepare internal IR reports for senior leadership, covering trading activity, peer comparisons, analyst recommendations, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Public Relations to keep the corporate website updated.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and shareholder sentiment analysis to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related financial disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, stock markets, market analysis, investment, or brokerage.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment guidelines, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or Fact Set is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred professional certifications: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA.
