Senior Relationship Manager Corporate Banking role in Abu Dhabi, UAE within the Banking industry is a senior leadership opportunity focused on managing large corporate portfolios, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships while ensuring credit quality and compliance with banking regulations.

• Manage and grow large corporate client portfolios while ensuring strong relationship management
• Originate new business opportunities across banking products and close complex transactions
• Conduct detailed financial and market analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Structure deals, prepare term sheets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals
• Maintain credit quality of the portfolio in line with bank risk policies
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve financial and non-financial targets
• Build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders including other financial institutions
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance product penetration across client portfolios
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to align with industry developments
• Ensure timely submission of credit reviews and maintain accurate client documentation

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance targets
• Foster a high-performance culture and ensure strong team engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams including risk, product, and international banking divisions
• Support cross-border deals leveraging the bank's global network
• Participate in hiring, training, and development initiatives for team growth

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of banking experience with at least 8 years in leadership role
• Strong knowledge of corporate and wholesale banking products
• Expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and deal structuring
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and transactions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
