- Lead overall financial reporting and analysis for the Group Strategic Project Portfolio and IT-managed cost base.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and on‑the‑job training to junior finance team members.
- Promote strong ethics, governance, and a value‑driven culture across the finance function.
- Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and report variances to management.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise management to support informed decisions.
- Implement and enhance finance policies, systems, and procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, and sustainability.
- Prepare accurate and timely sectional financial statements and management reports.
