The Senior Accountant will manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and payment administration across the company's divisions including oilfield services operations, construction projects, and property management. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations, and supports management with financial reporting and cashflow monitoring.

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: maintain accurate books of accounts for all company divisions; prepare monthly management accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); maintain general ledger and trial balance; perform monthly bank reconciliations; support management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Accounts Payable & Payment Administration: maintain vendor records and accounts payable schedules; prepare vendor payment schedules based on company payment cycle; process vendor payments after management approval; maintain cheque registers and banking records; monitor accounts payable aging.
• Accounts Receivable: track customer invoicing and receivables; monitor receivable aging and follow up on collections; coordinate with operations for job completion and invoicing.
• Construction Project Accounting: monitor project budgets and construction costs; verify subcontractor and supplier invoices against project progress; maintain project-wise cost tracking and financial reporting; support project managers with financial data and cost control.
• Property Management Accounting: maintain financial records for rental income and tenant payments; track tenant invoices, collections, and deposits; monitor property maintenance expenses and service provider payments; prepare property-wise income and expense reports.
• Tax Compliance (UAE): prepare and file VAT returns; maintain VAT reconciliation schedules; support corporate tax compliance and reporting; maintain proper tax documentation and records.
• Audit & Financial Compliance: prepare schedules and working papers for annual audits; liaise with external auditors during audit reviews; maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Cashflow Monitoring: prepare weekly cashflow reports including bank balances, receivable aging, payable obligations, upcoming payment commitments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 8 years total accounting experience.
• At least 2–3 years experience in Real Estate or Construction sector.
• Experience in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Experience in cashflow monitoring.
• Prior experience with ERPs.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Strong financial reporting and Excel skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work effectively.

• Must be currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
• Must be able to join immediately with local transfer.

AED 9,000 – 10,000 per month (dependent on experience).
