- Lead impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and compliance breaches and prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with ADNOC standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate communications and submissions with external regulators including ADAA and ADX
- Provide expert compliance guidance to internal stakeholders and promote ethical practices across departments
- Monitor adherence to applicable local and international laws, regulations, and standards
- Design training materials and deliver compliance training and awareness programs
- Maintain accurate records of investigations, training activities, and compliance initiatives
- Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and senior leadership
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments
- Coach and support junior compliance team members and act as a resource on complex matters
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant compliance, governance, or investigation experience
- Professional certification such as CFE, CFIP, CCI, or similar
- Strong investigative, analytical, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and with regulators
- Critical role safeguarding governance and ethical standards across ADNOC Group
- High visibility with senior leadership and external regulators
