Support the effective coordination and administration of financial operations within the Finance Unit.
Responsibilities- Assist in financial reporting, budget coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between finance departments.
- Prepare financial reports, track budget utilization, and support procurement and payment processes.
- Maintain financial records and documentation, and assist in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the consolidation of financial data, follow up on pending financial actions, and support the officer in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision‑making.
- Support audit requirements and contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency within the finance unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating practical application of financial principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., "Quick Books", "SAP", "Oracle") and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, enabling effective identification and resolution of financial issues.
