• Perform all cash-counter transactions accurately within set service time targets and in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Manage customer documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, security standards, and internal guidelines at all times
• Provide clear and courteous service to customers, addressing queries and transaction requests promptly
• Build awareness of FAB products and services and identify customer needs to support referral and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow reconciliation procedures
• Participate in branch meetings, service briefings, and product training as required

• High school graduate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Familiarity with bank products, customer service standards, and operational policies
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced branch environment
