• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Islamic transaction banking revenues and wallet share
• Manage and expand a high-performing Islamic Cash and Trade sales portfolio across corporates, GREs, MNCs, and financial institutions
• Drive CASA growth, fee income, and working capital solutions for Shariah‑compliant clients
• Collaborate with product teams, coverage, and Shariah governance to deliver innovative Islamic banking solutions
• Position the bank as a leading provider of Islamic transaction banking offerings through strong stakeholder engagement
• Identify corridor‑led opportunities across UAE‑Saudi, UAE‑India, and Africa leveraging the bank's international network
• Originate and grow Islamic Cash and Trade business jointly with coverage teams across the UAE
• Execute structured calling plans by industry segment to deepen product penetration
• Design and implement client‑specific solutions using a consultative sales approach
• Lead responses to RFPs and originate new Islamic business opportunities
• Increase share of wallet through deepening existing relationships and onboarding new clients
• Deliver revenue, CASA, and risk‑adjusted return targets aligned with bank pricing and risk frameworks
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide visibility on performance gaps
• Participate in complex deal teams requiring bespoke Islamic Cash and Trade structuring
• Support development of quality credit proposals and proactively manage transactional risk
• Monitor utilization of trade facilities and cross‑sell non‑credit trade products
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across products, systems, and processes
• Work closely with innovation teams to finalize documentation and rollout new Islamic trade solutions
• Ensure compliance with all credit, compliance, operational risk, and regulatory requirements

• Master's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline
• Islamic finance certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of transaction banking experience with at least 7 years in Islamic banking sales
• Strong expertise in Islamic cash management, trade finance, liquidity, and Shariah‑compliant solutions
• Proven track record of revenue growth and client origination across regional and international markets
• Experience working with corporates, GREs, and institutional clients
• Deep understanding of regulatory, credit, and risk frameworks within Islamic banking
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environment
