Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the rollout of updated compliance frameworks, enhance data quality processes, and ensure smooth implementation of risk models and system enhancements. This role involves coordinating across business units, supporting remediation efforts, and managing quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance standards are consistently met.

• Roll out updated compliance policies and procedures, supporting business units during transition phases
• Assist in KYC data quality remediation through sample reviews and post-cleansing validation
• Support enhanced due diligence (EDD) and thematic reviews of remediated files
• Help manage increased alert volumes and EDD cases during system upgrades and enhancements
• Coordinate the implementation and testing of the Country Risk Assessment Model (CRAM)
• Facilitate internal training sessions on compliance enhancements, system changes, and policy updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and internal standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (advanced qualifications preferred)
• 8 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in compliance, AML, and FCC processes
• Hands‑on experience in KYC remediation and file quality reviews
• Preferable: experience leading QA/QC teams reviewing alerts related to AML and sanctions
• Experience in conducting product risk assessments desirable
• Knowledge of developing and updating compliance procedures and frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements
