We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead financial planning, analysis and performance management for a growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Perform financial and variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.
- Support business decisions through data‑driven insights.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS reports for leadership.
- 5–12 years of experience in finance roles.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, P&L management.
- Experience in hospitality / F&B / retail is a plus.
- Strong business partnering mindset.
