Position Overview
Wealth Specialist SME Banking role in Abu Dhabi UAE within the Banking industry is a client-focused opportunity responsible for driving wealth and bancassurance product penetration, generating new business, and delivering tailored financial solutions to SME customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of wealth and bancassurance products within SME banking portfolio
- Engage with sales and coverage teams to identify and convert business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain ongoing engagement
- Conduct detailed customer profiling and needs analysis to recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective client interaction
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal sales guidelines
- Deliver product training sessions to internal teams to enhance awareness
- Participate in portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain high quality of sales and minimize cancellations or clawbacks
- Support end-to-end customer service including query resolution and follow-ups
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management within UAE banking sector
- Experience working with SME or business banking clients
- Strong knowledge of wealth and bancassurance products
- Certifications such as CII Level 3 or CISI AWB preferred
- CFA qualification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic is an added advantage - Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
