- Configure, implement, and support screening solutions including filter management and rule tuning.
- Manage integrations between screening systems and upstream or downstream banking applications.
- Analyze alert volumes, false positives, and system performance metrics to recommend optimization improvements.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment transitions.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, business, and vendor teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced L2 and L3 technical support.
- Conduct system health checks, log analysis, and performance diagnostics.
- Ensure system configurations align with regulatory standards, AML frameworks, and internal security policies.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Fircosoft or comparable sanctions screening platforms.
- Solid knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance processes in banking environments.
- Expertise in system architecture, API integrations, database structures, and log analysis.
- Proven experience tuning screening engines and reducing false positives.
