Client Services Officer - Corporate and Investment Banking Support

Position Overview

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Client Services Officer to manage and support the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) client base through efficient service delivery, operational oversight, and workflow coordination. This role ensures compliance with internal procedures, maintains high service standards, and fosters strong collaboration across relationship and operations teams.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day client service operations for CIB clients, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Supervise team activities to maintain compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with relationship teams and clients to resolve financial or technical queries in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, ensuring a strong knowledge backup and performance culture
  • Monitor workflow system transactions, ensuring successful completion and escalation where required
  • Support policy implementation and process improvements aligned with operational efficiency and global best practices
  • Maintain and submit accurate reports and management information to support decision-making
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve service delivery, risk control, and process sustainability
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences and issue resolution
  • Uphold FAB's values and maintain open, transparent communication within the team
Ideal Profile
  • University degree in Commerce, Banking, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in back-office operations or client servicing
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, transaction workflows, and process compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high focus on quality
