• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with tailored investment, banking, and fiduciary solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor delivering 24/7 service and comprehensive wealth management strategies
• Develop new business through personal networks, referrals, and collaboration with internal business units
• Promote both offshore (e.g. Switzerland, Jersey) and onshore (UAE) booking platforms and services
• Provide full-spectrum advice across banking, portfolio management, and wealth protection such as trusts and foundations
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Investment Banking, Risk, Legal, and Compliance, to deliver client solutions
• Lead onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to AML, OFAC, and international KYC requirements
• Participate in product development initiatives and marketing of tailored or esoteric financial instruments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse geographies and sectors

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business; MBA or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a strong book of HNW or UHNW clients
• In-depth knowledge of private banking disciplines including fiduciary services, portfolio management, and bespoke product structuring
• Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions such as Switzerland, UK, Jersey, Cayman Islands, BVI, UAE free zones
• Understanding of complex investment products including derivatives, trusts, and alternative asset classes
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, business development acumen, and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to serve clients across time zones with round-the-clock availability when needed
