About Company:
Abu Dhabi-based international wealth management and investment services arm of well known Investment Group. The firm operates from ADGM and is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority under a Category 4 license.

Compliance Officer / MLRO

Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AML/CFT compliance, regulatory governance, and capital markets/wealth management compliance within FSRA/ADGM regulated environments.

• Act as the designated MLRO and oversee AML/CFT compliance framework
• Ensure compliance with FSRA/ADGM regulatory requirements
• Manage AML monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/CDD, and transaction monitoring processes
• Handle STR/SAR reporting and regulatory submissions
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring reviews
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Provide advisory support on regulatory and financial crime matters
• Conduct AML and compliance training across business teams
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation
