Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporates

Our client is a leading international financial institution with a well-established presence in the GCC, particularly in Abu Dhabi. They work closely with top-tier corporates and sovereign-backed entities across the region, delivering a broad range of corporate and investment banking solutions.

• Support senior relationship managers in managing key corporate clients across Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC (including KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait)
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials
• Contribute to deal execution by supporting credit analysis and internal approval processes
• Prepare information memorandums, term sheets, and transaction documentation
• Work closely with product teams (e.g. financing, markets) to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Develop a strong understanding of key sectors including oil & gas, energy, telecoms (TMT), and real estate
• Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy and business development efforts

• 2-5 years of experience within corporate banking, corporate coverage, or a related front-office role
• Prior exposure to GCC / Middle East corporate clients, ideally with some experience covering Abu Dhabi-based entities
• Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate banking products; financial modelling exposure is advantageous
• Experience supporting the preparation of pitch materials, credit documentation, and transaction execution
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, TMT, or real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn-team fit is critical
• Existing client relationships are not required, but commercial awareness and interest in client-facing roles are essential
