• Manage and grow large account portfolios within the real estate and hospitality banking segment
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, developers, authorities, and sector stakeholders
• Originate new business opportunities across lending and non-lending banking products
• Conduct financial and market analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks
• Structure and negotiate complex banking transactions and commercial deals
• Prepare term sheets, mandate letters, and credit-related documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, treasury, trade, and international banking teams
• Maintain portfolio credit quality and ensure strong risk management practices
• Drive cross-selling opportunities and improve product penetration across the portfolio
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of targeted NPS scores
• Client Relationship and Portfolio Management
  • Prepare and maintain account plans for assigned strategic clients
  • Support annual and periodic credit reviews and recommend appropriate facilities
  • Monitor portfolio performance and client financial health continuously
  • Conduct regular client visits, inspections, and formal credit reviews
  • Support clients with day-to-day banking needs and onboarding of new relationships

  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members for performance and career development

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related discipline
• MBA or Master degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of banking experience with at least 8 years in senior team management roles
• Strong knowledge of wholesale banking or investment banking
• Proven real estate and hospitality sector experience
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment expertise
