• Enter customer information into the CAS system from application forms and supporting documents.
• Maintain productivity and performance reports for submission to the manager.
• Support day‑to‑day office tasks and documentation requirements in the unit.
• Ensure compliance with FAB's credit SOPs, audit requirements, and reporting guidelines.
• Deliver accurate data entry within set turnaround times (TAT) and maintain zero error standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to FAB's policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, or a related discipline.
