Summary:
First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring an Account Management Officer within the Corporate and Investment Banking division in Dubai. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of account maintenance and client onboarding for corporate, government, FI and NBFI clients, ensuring all activities comply with bank policies, Central Bank regulations, and international standards. The successful candidate will also help improve operational efficiency, quality control, and service standards across multiple banking systems and locations.

- Oversee account maintenance and operations for Corporate, FI, NBFI, and government clients (onshore and offshore)
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of the UAE regulations and internal bank policies
- Maintain CASA, Escrow, Nostro, Vostro, brokerage, margin trading, and wealth management accounts
- Authorize and process UID updates, customer grouping, paid-up capital certificates, IBAN letters, and mandate-related documents
- Coordinate with onboarding teams and internal departments to meet SLAs and quality expectations
- Handle signature verifications for cheques, transfers, and facility-related documents
- Monitor group email communications and ensure timely resolution of internal queries
- Develop and implement process improvements and service quality controls
- Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UAT testing, data migration, and system integration projects
- Track and report performance metrics, SLA adherence, and document deficiencies
- Remain updated with CBUAE guidelines, UAE legal frameworks, and industry best practices
- Escalate service issues proactively and recommend service automation opportunities
- Support business growth by ensuring reliable and efficient operational support
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, with at least 2 years in account services
- Proficient in MS Office tools and banking software platforms
- Strong understanding of corporate credit administration and financial systems
- Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and local legal environment
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and a fast learner
