• Execute and lead repo trading strategies across multiple currencies
• Optimize collateral use and develop client financing solutions to generate alpha
• Support daily liquidity planning and short‑term market positioning
• Maintain close coordination with desk heads, senior management, ALM, Sales, and Coverage teams
• Provide input for EIBOR rate setting and manage interest rate and basis risk exposures
• Ensure compliance with market regulations and internal risk frameworks
• Contribute to relationship building across counter parties and external institutions
• Support business continuity by staying adaptable across ALM and trading desks

• 5‑10 years of experience in global markets, specifically in repo trading and liquidity management
• Solid expertise in FX markets, interest rates, collateral optimization, and risk control
• Proven success in driving P&L through trading strategies
• Strong regulatory understanding and exposure to capital and liquidity standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• CFA, FRM, or Master's degree preferred
