• Coordinate risk assessments across business lines to evaluate compliance gaps.
• Track, monitor, and report on corrective actions using dashboards and centralized trackers.
• Develop and maintain compliance MIS and KRI dashboards for senior management and regulators.
• Support the rollout of compliance training modules and track completion across the organization.
• Maintain a centralized PMO tracker to monitor progress of remediation activities.
• Validate corrective actions to ensure alignment with oversight and governance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 4‑7 years of experience in compliance, governance, or oversight roles within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in compliance reporting, dashboards, and management information systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet strict timelines.
