We are seeking an experienced Wealth Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programmes across Wealth Management and Retail Banking teams. The role will focus on enhancing relationship managers’ advisory capabilities, wealth product knowledge, client engagement skills, and regulatory understanding across investment and bancassurance solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving front-line performance, supporting sales enablement initiatives, and embedding a strong advisory culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for Wealth Management and Priority Banking teams.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job coaching sessions across investment, insurance, and wealth products.
- Train Relationship Managers on advisory-led selling techniques, portfolio conversations, and client needs analysis.
- Ensure front-line teams maintain strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure training content remains aligned with current product offerings and market developments.
- Support onboarding and certification of new Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors.
- Develop learning assessments, roleplays, and accreditation frameworks to measure training effectiveness.
- Monitor training outcomes and provide recommendations to improve sales capability and customer experience.
- Deliver refresher programmes and targeted coaching interventions for underperforming segments.
- Keep abreast of market trends, investment products, and competitor developments within the wealth landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Arabic speaking capability is mandatory.
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience within Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Private Banking, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement functions.
- Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, structured products, fixed income, FX, bancassurance, and discretionary portfolio solutions.
- Prior experience training Relationship Managers or front-line wealth teams within a banking environment is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISI, CFA, or equivalent wealth/investment qualifications are strongly preferred.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Ability to engage senior banking professionals and influence commercial performance.
- Experience working within GCC banking environments is advantageous.
