Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, retail, and operational costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Review purchasing transactions and supplier pricing
- Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and stock movement trends
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Management teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of Cost Control experience within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost analysis, and stock control procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
