We are hiring a full-time Mortgage Advisor based in Abu Dhabi, with coverage across all Emirates. You will provide expert mortgage advice, guide clients through applications, conduct financial assessments, and manage the full process from application to closing. Success in this role means consistently achieving monthly sales targets while contributing to the growth of Mortgage Pro in the dynamic UAE real estate market.

• Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is an advantage
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Fluency in English is a must

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
