Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in funds, payments, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, or fintech/financial infrastructure
- Solid system‑level understanding of fund flows, settlement logic, reconciliation mechanisms, and fund lifecycle management
- Ability to independently conduct complex requirement analysis, design system solutions, and drive cross‑functional execution
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis; strong data‑driven decision‑making capability
- Strong abstraction skills — able to convert people‑driven operations into system + rules + automation
- Background in crypto exchanges, payment institutions, or clearing/settlement platforms
- Experience building reconciliation systems, settlement systems, or funds/finance middle platforms from 0 to 1 or leading major refactors
- Familiarity with audit, internal control, and fund compliance frameworks
