Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify and acquire new retail customers, both salaried and self‑employed, and meet agreed‑upon sales targets for banking products including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Merchant Loans.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers offering personalized financial solutions and advice to meet their diverse needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the bank's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Compliance & Risk: Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi to provide informed financial guidance to customers.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience as a Relationship Officer or in a similar role within the UAE or home country banking/financial services industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales targets and performance metrics.
- Communication: English communication mandatory; fluency in Arabic an added advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of a wide range of retail banking and finance products (loans, mortgages, credit cards, insurance).
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with the UAE banking regulatory environment, specifically in Abu Dhabi.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, focused on building long‑term customer trust.
