Duties and Responsibilities
- Timesheet Collection, Verification & Uploading
- Payroll Processing
- Prepare WPS (Wage Protection System) files according to the bank’s requirements
- Reconcile payroll data with bank statements, employee records, and other relevant accounts.
- Monthly Pension Reconciliation and Compliance
- Prepare Employees leave and final Settlements
- Creating AP Invoices and Processing Payments
- Post payroll-related entries in the general ledger
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE
- Location: Must be willing to relocate and be based in Abu Dhabi
