Senior Equity Investment Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Equity Investment Analyst to lead deep fundamental research on publicly listed companies and deliver high-conviction recommendations. This strategic role demands strong judgment, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner closely with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Equity Research & Analysis:Conduct bottom-up fundamental analysis of companies, evaluating financial statements, business models, and industry dynamics to build robust investment theses.
• Modeling & Valuation
  :
  Develop advanced financial models, perform valuations, and run scenario analyses to assess risk-return profiles and inform high-impact investment decisions.
• Reporting & Recommendations
  :
  Transform complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations, providing well-supported buy/sell/hold recommendations.
• Collaboration & Communication
  :
  Work closely with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to generate ideas and contribute to portfolio construction. Engage with company leadership, sell-side analysts, and industry experts to deepen market intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
• CFA designation (completed or in progress) is a strong plus
• 3+ years of experience in equity research roles (buy-side or sell-side)
• Proven track record of generating investment insights and strategic recommendations
• Strong analytical, communication, and judgment skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders
