This role sits within the Asset Operations team and is responsible for the full lifecycle management and operation of digital assets on the platform
, including asset onboarding, post-listing maintenance, liquidity and risk monitoring, yield optimization, and long‑term asset value management.
Through close cross‑functional collaboration with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams
, you will ensure platform assets operate securely, generate stable returns, and maintain sustained market visibility.
- Evaluate, test, and onboard new tokens and blockchain assets, including mainnet deployment, parameter configuration, fee setup, and end‑to‑end infrastructure validation;
- Continuously monitor asset operational status and coordinate with Wallet, Security, and Finance teams to ensure fund safety, sufficient liquidity, and stable system performance.
- Manage post‑listing asset operations, including contract upgrades, token renaming, asset repricing, and announcement coordination;
- Drive asset activity and trading volume growth by working closely with Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams on external disclosures, campaigns, and exposure management;
- Track ecosystem developments (e.g. mainnet upgrades, contract migrations), assess potential platform impact, and develop mitigation or response plans.
- Monitor, identify, and respond to asset‑related risk events, including chain abnormalities, price anomalies, contract issues, and position shortfalls;
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Wallet, Security, Finance, etc.) to execute risk isolation and loss‑mitigation measures;
- Lead incident post‑mortems and process improvements, continuously enhancing asset operations emergency mechanisms and SOPs.
- Independently prepare asset or project evaluation documents, covering background, revenue potential, cost structure, risks, and implementation feasibility;
- Analyze and review asset AUM, trading volume, and revenue contribution, and propose optimization strategies;
- Support partners in deploying assets and executing incentive programs on the Bybit platform.
- Design and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and risk handling to improve overall execution efficiency;
- Coordinate with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure delivery timelines and launch milestones are met;
- Regularly report asset operation metrics and project progress, driving continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in crypto asset operations, project management, or related roles, with solid knowledge of major public blockchains, stable coins, and RWA;
