Participate in the development of merchant risk and credit early-warning mechanisms, proactively identify potential credit deterioration or risk amplification signals, and improve merchant risk identification and control efficiency through coordination between risk operations and strategy deployment.
- Work closely with Business, Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to systematically translate B2B merchant risk and credit management requirements into merchant lifecycle management, limit management, and settlement processes, jointly ensuring the stable and sustainable development of B2B business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, credit evaluation, or risk operations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or consulting.
- Experience in B2B merchant risk management, credit evaluation, limit management, or high-amount transaction risk control is strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to payment institutions, acquiring, merchant settlement, or cross-border payment businesses is a plus.
- Proficient in Hive, SQL, and Excel, with strong capabilities in merchant risk data analysis and issue diagnosis.
