Comera Money is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate banking, fintech, or financial services, with expertise in working capital and trade finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients requiring working capital and trade finance solutions.
  • Promote and sell a range of financial products, including:
  • Working Capital Finance
  • Invoice Discounting
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Receivables Finance
  • Trade Finance Solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and key decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
  • Understand client financing requirements and propose suitable financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience selling or managing:
  • Working Capital Finance
  • Invoice Discounting
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Receivables Finance
  • Trade Finance Products
  • Experience with in a Bank, Fintech, NBFC, Trade Finance Institution, or Financial Services organization.
  • Strong network within the SME and corporate banking ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

    Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
