Finance Manager

PROACTIVE LINK is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team.

• Financial Strategy & Analysis
  :
  Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and risk management. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  :
  Collaborate closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets. Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Financial Operations
  :
  Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
• Financial Reporting
  :
  Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Cash Flow Management
  :
  Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise investment opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance cash reserves.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
