Associate, GP Stakes & Secondaries, Global Fund

Responsibilities

• Origination and sourcing: proactively identify and evaluate opportunities across GP stakes and secondaries with exposure to multiple geographies.
• Transaction execution: lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking, working closely with internal and external advisers.
• Portfolio and strategy support: contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and help shape investment theses.
• Stakeholder engagement: prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentations for the investment committee and senior management.

• Strong foundational experience from a top‑tier investment bank in M&A, followed by time at a secondary fund or fund of funds.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate insights effectively.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a leading university.
• High EQ, collaborative mindset, and ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Willingness and ability to relocate full‑time to Abu Dhabi.
