* Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in collection practices.
* Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare reports.## Requirements
* Proven experience in collections or a similar finance-related role.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
