Job SummaryCFTE is growing fast across the Gulf and the financial infrastructure of the business needs to keep pace. We are searching for an exceptional profile to join our Abu Dhabi office. As one of our early hires in the region you will be pivotal to facilitating CFTE's expansion and work across finance, operations and growth.
What You'll Do- Own accounts receivable and payable, follow up on payments, manage invoices, and keep our financial position accurate and up to date
- Produce financial reports, forecasts, and projections that give leadership a clear picture of where we stand and where we are heading
- Manage financial documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and expense records with the rigour of someone who knows that detail matters
- Identify where processes are broken, slow, or missing and build something better
- Design and implement operational workflows that make the team faster and less reliant on manual effort
- Actively identify and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve output quality, and free up the team to focus on higher value work
- Strong work ethic and a passion for making a difference
- A solid accounting foundation and the discipline to keep the numbers straight under pressure
- A genuine obsession with improving how things work, you diagnose inefficiency, fix it, and build something that scales
- The ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and learn quickly
- An entrepreneurial, proactive attitude with the hunger to grow
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments, startups, banking, management consulting, or similar
- Exceptional communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong competencies using digital tools, including AI tools in daily work
