Finance Manager

About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across a diverse portfolio of assets and business activities.

The successful candidate will provide financial leadership, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the delivery of accurate financial reporting while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and internal control standards.

This role requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within a dynamic property, asset management, professional services, or related environment.

• Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance processes, and financial risk management practices.
• Prepare financial models and business case evaluations to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenditure, profitability, and working capital performance.
• Support business planning, investment evaluations, and commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and financial performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience with in real estate, property management, asset management, professional services, financial services, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Experience preparing management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial governance principles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
