Job Title – Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Finance

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Finance to drive financial performance and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyse costs, support planning cycles, and deliver insights using SAP and Power BI, improving profitability and operational performance through data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Drive plant‑level financial performance and cost control
- Analyse manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor key KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time)
- Validate SAP costing, routings, and master data
- Partner with stakeholders to optimise performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in finance with manufacturing exposure
- Strong planning, budgeting, and cost control experience
- Proven analytical and data interpretation skills
- ERP experience (preferably SAP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, MBA)
- SAP costing/production module experience
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Manufacturing or plant finance experience
