Responsibilities
Conduct reviews of tax governance, compliance, and control frameworks; assess compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Customs Duties, Withholding Tax and international tax regulations; review tax provisioning, transfer pricing, cross‑border transactions and IFRS tax reporting; evaluate tax risks, internal controls, governance processes and audit readiness; identify compliance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement; prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Tax Audit, Tax Compliance, International Taxation, or Tax Risk Management.
- Strong expertise in UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, OECD Guidelines, and BEPS regulations.
- Experience in tax governance, tax provisioning, internal audit, risk assurance, and controls testing.
- Knowledge of IFRS, cross‑border transactions, and PE risk assessments.
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals, Government, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
