Sr. Financial Analyst

• Ensure all entries are booked accurately and on time for month, quarter, and year-end closings. Schedules are prepared and analyzed by day 2.
• Liaise with the statutory auditor during quarter and year ends.

• Prepare and analyze Capex cash requirement, depreciation, and insurance for budget, forecast, and 5‑year plan.
• Conduct monthly analysis of actual versus forecast and meet with business people regularly.

• Review receivables, check invoices, and send to customers promptly.

• Oversee the fixed assets inventory system and depreciation, including asset capitalization from CWIP to plants.

• Supervise all aspects of contract and project accounting.
• Review Capex payments versus budget/forecast and reconcile actual payments with the treasury department.
• Meet with business each quarter to identify high-risk, low-risk, write‑offs, development, and project costs.

• Prepare and send ICCC management reports internally and provide ICCC financials to ICCC by the 10th day of the month.
• Ensure Tabreedholding books close related entries on time.

• Liaise with and provide external auditors with relevant financial information to complete the audit properly.

• Oversee and check billing and booking of utility bills received from utility companies.
• Process payment of utility bills and generate monthly utility provision entries in JDE.

• Follow all relevant department/unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Ensure the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls within the department.

• Prepare the monthly VAT return for the group and subsidiaries, perform trend analysis, and submit returns by the due date.
