Job SummaryLead the production of key business drivers (volumes and transactions) for use in strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. Prepare materials for executive committees and regional leadership, ensuring accurate and timely submission. Consistently improve communication flow while minimizing duplications in requests and preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Meet deadlines.
- Develop and continually evolve innovative analytical techniques and methodologies to measure revenue performance.
- Collaborate with regional and hub finance teams to enhance the quality of management reports relating to revenue.
- On an ad-hoc basis, perform revenue analysis and reporting for management.
- Improve reporting/forecast accuracy and timeline.
- Coordinate information flow between Global, CEMEA, and Regions, cascade targets, consolidate both top-down and bottom-up processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (functions, BPO team) to ensure timely submissions and correct inputs.
- Assist in managing the revenue forecasting process with finance business partners.
- Develop metrics to improve forecasting accuracy and promote best practices across regional finance teams.
- Coordinate submissions from sub-regions and consolidate analysis and comments.
- Produce final materials for executive management reviews and approval.
Strong interpersonal skills required to address ongoing needs of a complex, matrix reporting structure and multinational organization. Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills are essential, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The role is based in the CEMEA Hub, Dubai office, and reports into the Director Revenue, CEMEA based in the same office. Actively contribute to the effectiveness of the team by supporting and cooperating with colleagues and providing cover during periods of absence.
Qualifications- Professional Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or an equivalent related field.
- At least 3–5 years of finance working experience, mastery of core finance skills and competencies with demonstrated experience across a range of challenging projects, preferably in a multinational organization.
- High proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite products (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of financial planning systems such as TM1 and Hyperion.
- Practical knowledge of US GAAP.
- Proven expertise in modelling techniques and managing large data sets, demonstrating ability to understand, define, and improve mapping between different sets.
- Business English, written and spoken.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively.
- High level of self‑motivation with a creative approach to thinking and problem solving, able to think outside the box and identify solutions to problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cross‑functional/regional environment, proactively seek alignment on change requests with relevant stakeholders, while managing proper lead times and promoting a culture of openness, trust, and flexibility.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to plan, organize, and adapt within a multi‑tasking environment, requiring simultaneous management of multiple issues and projects.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
